We understand that your mind on a particular product may change or an item may arrive defective due to shipping or other circumstances and we will try to make returns as painless as possible. We can accept returns within 30 days of purchase.
If you have received a defective item please contact us immediately at email@example.com, please provide pictures of the damaged product and box. One of our team members will evaluate the situation case by case and proceed with an appropriate resolution.
If you want to return an unwanted product simply contact us at our email to set up a return for a refund. Note, you will need cover the shipping cost back.
When you receive a product please ensure everything in the packing list is included in your box, if something is missing please contact us within 30 days.
We will notify you when a refund or replacement has been processed by email within 3-5 days from the initial review.
Orders can be canceled up until they are shipped. Once the order is marked shipped it cannot be canceled and will need to follow the return process above.
