We understand that an item may arrive defective due to shipping or other circumstances and we will try to make returns as painless as possible. We can accept returns within 30 days of purchase.
If you have received a defective item please contact us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org, please provide pictures of the damaged product and box. One of our team members will evaluate the situation case by case and proceed with an appropriate resolution.
When you receive a product please ensure everything in the packing list is included in your box, if something is missing please contact us within 30 days.
We will notify you when a refund or replacement has been processed by email within 3-5 days from the initial review.
All sales are final. Once the order is marked shipped you will need to follow the return process above.
